I would not recommend you use Houston 24 Hour Airport Taxi & Town Car Service. Do not believe the website hype.
"Guaranteed On Time" and the mission statement of "Fanatic Approach to Customer Service". We practice leadership management and are a "Customer Focused Company"... With the most reliable, safe and upscale personal ground transportation possible.
Our experience could not have been much worse.
For our trip to the airport with two adults and four children we receive a confirmation call for 4:30pm pick up. Problem was we had a 6:30am flight, fortunately we straightened that out. Playing it safe we called the morning of our return to confirm our pick up and transportation home from IAH. All seemed to be fine. When we landed in Houston received a call from driver at Hobby Airport scheduled to take us to the Port Of Houston? We were at IAH and going to Sugar Land!
I called the dispatcher and was told my only choice was to wait for about an hour for driver to come from Hobby. I was also told that decisions was mine because once he dispatches driver over to IAH I am responsible for full fare. What happened to on time guarantee? I am a pretty reasonable person. Had I been offered something for my inconvenience that would have gone a long way. HATTCS was very aware of the fact they left the six of us to fend for ourselves late on a Sunday evening.
The dispatcher was argumentative, rude and anything but helpful. Customer focused this company is NOT.
