Well to start off they were late 30 minutes to pick me up to take me to my first medical appointment. Then they were late 1 hour to pick me up to take me to my second medical appointment from the first medical appointment witch I was over 45 minutes late for my second medical appointment this day. When I got done with my second medical appointment I waited for over 2 hours to be picked up to be taken home. It is 32 degrees outside and I should have not had to sit and wait in the cold. I have bad medical problems so I couldn't drive in the Seattle traffic.
