I was a customer service representative for T-Mobile at the Albuquerque Call center. I personally witnessed how T-Mobile customers are ripped off on a daily basis. Beware when you purchase a data service with T-Mobile, especially when the data service is required for 2 years with the rate plan contract. First off, T-Mobile's network cannot handle the
products and services they offer. You will have extremely limited data signals and getting on line will be a lesson in futility to say the least. When you finally realize that it's useless to even try to connect to the internet, and that you are paying 30 dollars a month for service, it will be too late. If you try and cancel your data service, an early termination fee of up to $200.00 per line will be assessed to your account.in other words, T-mobile is well aware that their data network is useless which is why they require the data service to be included in your contract. You'll be stuck paying for a useless data
service for 2 years. Also be very, very careful when you call T-Mobile customer service. I took hundreds of calls from T-Mobile customers who had features added to their accounts without their permission simply because they called for customer service. Most of the customers i dealt with who were taken advantage of in this way were elderly, disabled, or
spoke very little English. Shortly after I raised the issue with a supervisor, I was asked into the Human Resources office and fired for "dropping a call" which was insane. T-mobile is so full of trickery deceitt and sleight of hand that I'd have to think anyone who would trust them with their phone service would have to be nuts, especially after reading this. Run from T-Mobile like from a burning building.
