T-Mobile charge me for the service I did not received and a contract I did not get in to. I do not have a data plan and get charged for the over usage of data plan I talked to customer representative and they are not professional and tell me I have to pay for the service I did not get or make any purchase or have any contractual agreement I am asking this charge to be removed from a service and going forward I ask T-Mobile not to put any charge on my account without my knowledge.
