My husband and I feel that the people at Travian Games are acting in a very suspicious manner. We have both spent money to purchase gold in order to play the game, and have been playing since the end of November. Today we are told we are violating the rule because we have the same password. We have tried to explain that we use the same passwords for just about everything, and that we would have no problem proving that we are separate people and changing our passwords - we had no idea that we were vioating any rule because we signed up individually. We followed all other rules regarding same computer usage, such as listing all of the household's accounts. We want a refund of the money spent because they are banning us from the game without giving us any chance to prove that we are, in fact, more than one person and that this is a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding that is coming at the end of a timed game, after we have spent our money, and they have made their money from us.
