I closed the service with T-mobile 6 days after signing. They could not provide me with itemized charges per service contract. I simply did not know what I would be paying for. That was needed for reimbursment from my employer. Two people from t-mobile on line tried to help me and one t-mobile in the local t-mobile store. They were not successful.
In the final statement t-mobile charged me for one, last day of service i.E. 1/03 32.5 times more than for other previous 5 days.in total for 6 days of t-mobile service they charged me $71.20 $99.97=$171.17. The initial service contract I signed for with t-mobile was below $100/month.
I attempted to resolve this issue with t-mobile and no result. The quality of sound with t-mobile customer service is TRULY horrible, like the worst phone connection over Internet.
