Purchased a new HP TouchSmart tx2-1375dx Notebook on Oct. 22. Conveniently (for HP) On Nov. 7 the integrated video card craps out. Tech "support" offers a $49.95 diagnostic. We tell them what the error messages said before we only get a black screen, so we don't need a diagnostic. They say a new integrated card will cost about $300. We ask if this is a common problem and they say that this is the first time they have heard about it. After hanging up we do a little research and there are hundreds if not thousands of similar complaints. This product is a lemon with a history of failure almost immediately after warranty runs out. Do not ever but an HP product, we certainly will never buy another one.
