I placed an order with mystroller for a Bugaboo Frog Complete stroller on friday Dec. 3rd. The advertising stated free standaed shipping. I places the order and was sending the stroller to Texas. My son and his wife had placed this as a baby gift selection. The was completed on friday dec3rd. On the order it stated free shipping. The credit card was accepted and confirmation was sent to me on friday. On sunday I received an e-mail stating that the item would be shipped to billing address, not shipping address. I called the company and was told the order would be cancelled if I didn't accept the change. I felt threatened and said ok. Today we contacted the company to better understand the problem and got no satisfaction from them. We have cancelled the order. I feel that they are deceptive in their advertising and would not recommend them to anyone.
