TouchSmart Computers Have Known Defective Hard Drive With Data Lost

HP Touchsmart computer has a known defective hard drive and HP failed to notify people who purchased this product. As a result all data has been lost on these defective drives. Hewlett Packard is turning there backs on the customers who spent a lot of money on these defective computers.
