I purchased a HP computer at Costco in October. I have been a loyal Dell customer, but they were offering a good deal and 2 year warranty.
My LCD screen cracked and I sent it back for repair. Of course this is "the one" thing not covered. I am very disappointed! Definitely not going to spend almost $400 to repair a notebook that only lasted 6 months..
Will never buy anything from hp again.
