I bought a Kodak ESP3 printer July
I bought an RPL 1 year replacement plan from Walmart on the same day.
Kodak tech support said my printer is defective. They said I have a 1 year manufacturer warranty but will not accept it for replacement or repair.
Walmart said I must wait until July to use my replacement plan I purchased from them before they will do anything about it. And they told me to call Kodak up until July 17.
And Kodak refused to do anything either.
