Purchased esp-3 all-in-one-printer in 04/08. It worked great until I changed the ink around the 3rd time.
The ink leaks into the printer head which causes the rollers to keep scrolling.
I contacted Kodak via 800 # and spent 45 minutes on the phone with a very nice women with a very heavy indian accent. Who knew I'd need a translater to fix my printer. She managed to get me to get the printer going again.
The next time I changed the ink, same problem. I have contacted Kodak approximately four times since and cannot seem to find a person who speaks english. What country am I calling anyway??? I end up hanging up on the person across the ocean because I could not understand them.
So now my printer collects dust and I print all my pictures at my local Wal-Mart.
I will never ever purchase a Kodak problem again. It's a waste of time and money.
