Nanning and China Forum: This is not a get even tactic or a hate disclosure: This is a pure and simple to set the record staright:
Being warned and banned from a Forum Site, is unreasonable for any purpose. Being removed from a site should have some actual infringement of the Forums Rules, which also should be explained by the administrator, to the banned member when asked. To be respectively fair, and being honest, appears to be a request, which is not acheived on this forum, and not a principle of most forums whom warn and bann members. Supposedly, the rules require that you as a member do not make accuations against members and administrators. (Unfortunately this point of Social Contact, does not exist between Administrators, Mediators, and Members, whom entertain these incidentials as everyday speech. When they are responsive to these actions, these in fractions of the rules are laughed off, and told not to do it again, and resume with their censorship of members, not directly associated with the forum, whom make these mistakes and are warned, and banned for doing the same.in exceptions, members who continue to break the rules whom are deeply associated with the administrators and forum members, may continue to stay, and one was given his own section, and supposedly warned to go only there, when signing on. However, as observed every day this member roams freely about the Forum, still being rancid at times, and not observing the forum rules, with the others whom are kept. Unfortunately, for a few forum members including myself, you are warned and banned, and also banned is not only your name, and computer ip address, but also your Internets provider Ip Address so to stop you from accessing the forum with another computer from the same service, even in a different location. (This cannot be Lawfull, as it does iinterfere with your rights to use the providers Internet, which you pay for. What is this administrator so petrified of about you accessing this site from the same Internet IP Address? Does his hate go so far, that he also wishes to punnish you more for the possibility of doing so. What makes a man, so hateful of a Member he has unruly bannished from the forum, for no real infringement of rules, that it bothers so much???) Unfortunately, it doesnt end here. He was also contacting the Bannished Member on his personal e-mail site, with a e-mail to relate how much he did not like you personally and called me an Old Fart, who cant get it together. He referred to my topics as that of Ramblings, so just what are Ramblings, which are so bad enough to get you banned from a forum, when you undoubtably broke no real rules, which when asked this man fails to relate and explain what rules you broke, other than than, He admitted he just did not like me personally, and so therefore I am gone, outta there!!!)
Now this Administrator, prefers to be known as the one whom made no mistakes in banning me and other members. This forum, critizes every topic and censors every subject. Everyone within favor, has taken inserts from the personal information which was given on the forum, and redistribruted into the public Internet in attempts to display how impersnal my charcter was, and is. Personal information supposedly protected on this forum, seems to have been up for grabs, and the members had acccess to it, to relay to me, of how much they tried to help me, even mentioning the personal conflicts, which were not for the general public to read. (These alone are in violation of the rights of members to have their personal information deleted when no longer on the forum, and for anothers use, to inflict further damage to the character of a ex forum member, to submit him to further degradation of person character. Is not acceptable. Its apparent that after the Banned Member is gone, that the memebrs continue to speak about the members, and feel that any new members about to be in the forum, is really an Banned Member. The Forum and Administrator has tried to subject some new members, and have accused them of being me, and thus banned them also, after making remarks of who they really were, not realizing that there is no way for a banned member to return when the IP Address has a bann on it, for life. So how could these new members have been me, which were doubted so quickly?
Its wrong for any administrator to assume, that the Member is the one whom has been wrong, and the member having to accept this decision without explanation, of explaining why the Administrator dislikes so personally. Actually, the members are not always and hardly wrong, when their topics, are censored so dilligently, and if you are accused of Rambling, whatever that is? Obviously there is some improvements to be made on this forum, and to set the example, not to be a bad example. Maybe they should begin at the Administrator and Mediator levels.
