I purchased a Kodak Easy Share camera model C195 in April. The camera
Was functional until July, 23. The camera was purchased brand new at
Office Depot. After contacting Kodak's support staff I was informed that my
Warranty replacement is contingent on if the repair center determines if I
Caused damage to the camera. This is absurd and unacceptable to me. I spoke
With a supervisor over the phone and he informed me that if my camera could not
Be repaired it would be replaced with a reconditioned camera, this too will not
Suffice.
I purchased a NEW camera, if I wanted a reconditioned camera then I would
Have bought a used camera. I am extremely livid and beyond dissatisfied. I
Purchased another camera to replace the Kodak camera. I simply want what a
Refund for what I paid for the camera. I can provide proof of purchase. At
This point I simply do not trust any of my memories to any Kodak products. I am
So disgusted and frustrated that I wasted $99 on a product that does not work.
