I ordered a product online 4/27/08, my account was charged. Its been over 3 weeks and I still have not received it. The item was to be shipped USPS ground 5 days. I have e-mail them 5 times for a response I keep getting they're automated response message about how concerned they are about my experience as a valued customer and they will contact me soon. I have not got any information about any problems with shipping that might have occurred, apology for any inconvenience nothing.
