On Nov. 23,2012, I ordered a white LifeProof Protective Case for the iPhone 5.
On Dec. 6,2012, I received an email saying the items from my order had shipped. I was given a tracking number form USPS. When trying to track it down on the USPS website it says Electronic Shipping Information Received. No other information was given.
When you go to their website to track the status of the order, you get the message "Terribly sorry but we could not locate your order". I checked with my bank, and my account was charged the amount for the order on Nov. 26,2012.
Two emails were sent requesting information on the order. I only get an automated repsonse saying someone would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. I have yet to get a response from either email. The only update given was part of the automated response saying that if the order was placed by 12/14, the item should be delivered in time for the holiday
I left voicemail messages and calls are not returned.
I have a feeling I should have gone with the higher price and dealt with a reliable company, like amazon.com or Best Buy.
