Ordered an item from this web site. It has now been 4 weeks. Credit card was charged and Item still not receivd. Web site indicates buyer should send an e-mail regarding order and shipping status if the item is not received within 15 days. I have now made 5 inquiries and received NO response from the vendor. There is NO direct contact phone number for this online vendor. I believe I have been ripped off. I plan to file a dispute with my credit card company.
