I ordered some lingerie from this store toward the end of July. It was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days and about two weeks went by when I sent the first e-mail asking for a status update. I got a response saying they'd send it off that very day and 'sorry for the inconvenience.' So another week and a half went by and I again sent another e-mail, asking what was going on.
My credit card hard already been charged, and I still had no product. Another week went by and I still hadn't received a response so I sent one final e-mail (and still received no response). Perhaps about two days later I received the package (1.5 months later) and when I opened it up, the product was DAMAGED.
So I packaged it back up and sent it right back with a note saying that it was damaged and at this point all I really wanted was my money back. When a couple of days went by and I didn't see a response, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They have since received an "F" due to their lack of response to this matter and two months after this order was placed, I have yet to receive my money, the product, or a response from them.
