I placed an order on 5/9 using my credit card. As of this date, 5/20, I haven't been charged and nothing has been sent. Since I needed the items by the end of this month, I tried to call and cancel the order. When I tried calling, I received a message stating, " Hello, we are unable to answer right now. Please try again later." I have had no luck by email. I am checking everyday to see if my credit card has been charged.
