Very hard sell to sign on to Broadband after purch my Dell Failed to send promised rebate tho I submitted paperwork 5 times Austin Texas

While Dell sent the initial rebates for my purchase of computer and printer, I have not received promised $100 rebate for signing on to Broadband Serv. This is after numerous phone conversations and repeated submissions of all the paper work I had on purchase of computer. This was following a very hard sell for me to sign on to Broadband.

I have been received confused email from them regarding this matter and promises over the phone that they will take care of this matter. To no avail. I feel this part of their promo was a scam and though I am happy with their computer, I feel their business practices are deceiving and fraudulent
