Dell Computer
Did not honor their rebate offe

Just add me to the long list of those who did not receive their promised rebate from Dell Computer. I purchased it 7/2/02 and promptly sent in the rebate paperwork and packing slip.

I've sent letters, emails, faxes, and dozens of dead-end phone calls to Dell and their rebate center. I have copies of emails from the rebate center saying someone will be in touch with me in 2-3 days, but I've never heard a word from anyone.

Hopefully all of us who got taken in by Dell will spread the word.
