My parents purchased a Dell Computer in May.
We sent all the necessary paperwork (packing slip and form) in for the rebate. We contact Dell Computer twice and they indicated they were sending a check and then said they would issue a credit on the card.
As of today, 12/1/04 they still have not issued a check nor a credit for a rebate they offered in May.
