After buying warranty for both desk and laptop computers, i find when u need dell they have u on the phone for hours trying to fix without having to send a technician. They even want u to open the tower and look inside. When i said i was nervous about this due to shock. The supervisor on the other end said then we cannot send a technician to u. No one speaks good english/and service can only com m-f 8-5. When u r working. I paid alot of money for both desk and lap and i am very disappointed. Never/never buy dell products. They r a ripoff.
