Dell xp desk top computer - dell xps desk top

I contacted dell two months ago regarding a clicking on my dvd. Dell sent 4 times defective parts/computers only for the problem continue and now the referurbished defective computer not work.
Now i receive a email telling me i have 24 hrs to either accept another refurbished comuter or my case will be closed. Good job dell...
