I purchased a Dell Inspiron 1720 computer. The computer stopped working a week after the warranty expired and the Dell Technicians laughed at me and said you are out of luck.
I find out that that it is the motherboard and Dell has had this problem with motherboards for a long time. I also find out that Dell has been sending out replacement computers for those who complain loud enough. I am filing a small claims suit.
