Ripoff Does not fulfill obligations or respond to questions or emails

I registered for the free Apple iBook and then completed 4 of 6 offers required to get it. They were Blockbuster, Bargain Network, Urban Nutrition, and the Entertainment Book. Later when I checked my status, 4 offers were shown as completed.

Only a few days later, my account shows no offers completed. Having already spent quite a bit of money, I was eager to straighten things out and complete the last two offers, but my emails went unanswered, except for one totally useless form letter. I am considering filing charges with the FTC for fraud.
