I'm having almost the same problem. Been on the phone with them for over an hour, bad tech support and customer service. They lost my computer, now they are giving me the run around. I don't suggest buying from them anymore. They said that they receive it, then they called to ask me if i received the computer and if I was satisfied with it. But never got the computer back
