Bought the XPS 13 Dell laptop for my wife early this year. It died on 10/7. It is a $1000 laptop which we are really surprised.
We contacted Dell as the product is still in warranty. This is when the nightmare started. The first technician came with a broken replacement one week after; then it took another two weeks for a second visit who fixed it but only works for 4 days. During the process, I realized that Dell always provide their warranty by supplying 4 year old refurbished parts for their product.
I believed that they probably will get me another technician have have it fixed soon and make sure it will last until the end of the warranty!
Great work, Dell, at piss off your royal customer!
