I purchased a Dell laptop that's broken 2 times in 5 months and Dell won't refund my money! They just keep trying to fix it, and it keeps crashing!!! It's not fair that I paid $1,400 for their stupid laptop and I have to keep reinstalling Windows and wiping my system every few months for it to work.
Dell won't do crap about it either!!!
Never buy a dell!
