I'd like to let the Walmart Vision Center in Merrillville, In that they have one of they best employee's I've encountered, Ms. Shonda is one of they best to work with, I personally rather her work with me then any others as she and I have bonded. She new I loved my emerald green colored contacts and the company stopped carrying them, she went above and beyond to make happy with another supplier. Well they as well now don't offer them. So she spent time and tried to get me as close as she could to the color. I think she needs to be reconized for her wonderful kindness and customer service skills. If it wasn't for Ms. Shonda I honestly wouldn't have continued to stay a patient at Merrillville. I did try the Shereville store because I did not care for "Dr. Tim". I ran into Shonda, she had came into my work Chilis with a friend, and we spoke and she talked me into coming back that I could see another Doctor that recently had came aboard. I believe I have been a patient for 6-8yrs and honestly can't say if she leaves I might not come back it's hard to find caring good help. Thank you Ms. Shonda
