Last year my granddaughter went back to the Walmart Vision Center in Gilroy, CA because the frames & glasses her mother had purchased there were defective and ultimately cut her face. We took them in to be fixed. What a nightmare that was! We picked up the glasses and weren't very happy with the service. Ok... We let it go. You just can't fight Walmart's system.
A year later, my granddaughter had an eye appointment with a real eye doctor, mine... Just this year. (No more Walmart for us) When he took a look at her RX, he discovered that one of the lenses in her glasses was just a clear glass instead of her RX. No wonder the poor kid had headaches! She was made right by my doctor. Walmart is totally out of their league when it comes to customer service. They give bad service. They're staff doesn't bother to go out of their way to help their customers, like my family. We unfortunately have to go there once a week because it fits our budget. But as for customer service, they are liars and they don't appear to give a care.
