I went to WalMart to get my contact lens exam. They staff was unorganized, the exam room had roaches in it, the doctor seemed confused and they were rude when I called to communicate with them about follow up. After being insulted by an employee, I decided to take my business elsewhere but I want to make a formal complaint.in general, the South just has better customer service, but that is NOT the case at this Optical Center. I will not be returning and will complain as high as I can to ensure their employees brush up on customer service skills.
