I bought glasses from the Walmart Vision center February.in May the arm of the glasses fell off because the sodered piece just came apart. They are not fixable. Nor were they damaged because of anything that I did. I took them to the Walmart Vision center in Orlando, FL and was told that there is only a 3 month warranty on them. And that even though it was obviously a manufacture defect that I needed to purchase new frames. The kicker is that they want me to purchase the exact same frames that are currently broken because of the manufacturer; not me. When I became upset because the glasses were very expensive and should last longer I was rudely reminded that Walmart only stands behind their product for 3 months. Anything longer - even if it is not due to the customer is just my loss. My employer made me to go to Walmart due to my vision plan. Never again. I will pay more out of pocket to go to someone who would stand behind what they sell. The manufacturer should create a product that doesn't just come unsodered and Walmart should stand behind something they sell.
