I purchased products from biotrimlabs on 1st October and to date have still not received anything!
I have complained to them via e-mail and get told that our post office is slow! However when the SA post office checks the tracking number supplied by biotrimlabs for my parcel it is incorrect and NOBODY at biotrimlabs can explain or provide me with the correct tracking number! After more complaining and demanding a refund I was contacted by a consultant in the US (with a very bad American accent) who fed me the same nonsense as the e-mail replies, I was then told by this person that they would forward my complaint to a supervisor and she would give me feedback, still waiting for feedback and I still haven't recieved what I paid for!
