Rapid Satellite did not honor their customer satisfaction agreement that is found on their website. It tells you to email the president of the company and he will get back to you and he never did.
I ordered equpiment from them but was told that DirectTV requires a letter from my landlord to install on their property. I told my salesperson that I wasn't sure if I could get the letter and the salesperson said that would be fine. If they don't sign a letter, I could return the equipment to them and not be charged. Well, I found out from my landlord that they would not give me a letter authorizing me to have satellite and I called to have this equipment returned and Ray Adams told me that I would have to pay for shipping even though the first person said she would request that the shipping be waived.in their statement of 3 committs to the customer one of them states: "We commit to resolve any problems that do come up expeditiously and to your satisfaction."
I explained this to the president of the company that I was very dissatisfied and have not heard anything from them.
I will be moving next year into a home and will need to find a company that is going to truly satisfy my needs and not just give me a bunch of words. BEWARE! Do not order any satellite from Rapid Satellite!!!
