Nor CAl Satellite talked me into letting them install DirecTV in my brand NEW home. They sent out some dumb ass idiot that new nothing about what he was doing. My home was pre cabled for satellite to make the job easy. Their technition was at my home from 10:00am to 7:00pm, and still left me without ANY TV working. I called and spoke to the so called President/Owner named Dewayne, he wanted to charge me to come out and fix the problem, less than 24 hours from when they installed it wrong. I decided to have a different company come out to fix the issue. Nor Cal's technition went into my addic and cut up all the brand new cables, making them completely useless! B&T Satellite fixed the problem and comfirmed that whoever tried to install the system was a complete dumb ass with no brains. To all who want Satellite TV should go elsewhere for service, NOT NOR CAL SATELLITE! It is a joke that they call themself "Simply The Best" HAHAhA!!! Couldnt be more untrue! Get a life guys!!
