I have made 4 calls to rapid satellite and spoke to 3 employees and 1 manager. I have made 2 calls to thier so called warranty company and it has been almost 4 weeks and i still have 3 falty directv recievers. But i still have to pay the bill for a service i dont have!!! When i call directv they say i must call the company who sold the warranty (rapid satellite) be aware of rapid satellite!!!
