Liberty Wireless has not been honest with what they promise. I ordered a cell phone from them in Aril 2004 and they were supposed to send me a $50 rebate which I have yet to receive. Once I finally got my phone it did not work and I sent it back. They charged me for a months service and took over a month to get a replacement phone. I was supposed to get an upgraded phone but did not. The phone I have will not pick up at my home or office and they will not do anything about it. They double billed me back in May and I am never able to get through to talk to anyone that can give me any help.
