First off I live in an area where it is mostly Satellite customers. We live in an apartment building and 2 times already a Rapid Communications Tech has cut our satellite lines due to complete laziness and stupidity. Every time we had to call our satellite company for this, we got charged $100 for them to come out and fix Rapid Communications mistake.

And all I got was some woman stating that there was never a tech out, and our building number didn't exist. The Rapid Communications Tech stole the satellite diplexer off the building, and said he never took it. However, when I called Rapid Communications and questioned them, demanding that it be returned, a lady said a supervisor would return it that afternoon. First they lie about it, and then try to cover it up... Doesn't make sense.
Rapid Communications was acquired by Reach Broadband in January. When I called in for a complaint of my satellite cables being cut on purpose, customer service didn't return my call for 3 days. Poor customer service.
