TopFreeGifts.com ripoff unresponsive for weeks after I've more than paid my part and still am

In the beginning of October I completed my part of an agreement with Top Free Gifts after which they were supposed to send me $250.00. I had three things to complete:

1. Get a Discover card. Which I did, and they gave me credit for doing on October 8th (I still have it, with a balance that I've been paying for months).

2. Join a bookclub. Which I did, and they gave me credit for doing on October 3rd (I'm still a member even though I've bought all the books I have to).

3. Get Direct TV through Rapid Satellite. Which I ordered on October 3rd and which was activated on October 15th (and which I also still have and have been paying for). Top Free Gifts still has not given me credit for this.

I think that originally they didn't give me credit for this because I ordered it over the phone instead of the internet. I did this because I had more questions about which plan I wanted than Rapid Satellite's website could answer.

I was assured by Rapid Satellite that I would get credit even if I ordered it over the phone because they put it under a particular promotional code (which I've given to Top Free Gifts).

Top free gifts has my Direct TV account #, Order #, Access card #, dates etc. I've sent them copies of welcome letter and copies of bills (paid) several times. Rapid Satellite has asked me for their phone number so that they can confirm, but of course Top Free Gifts won't give one... They just ignore forever.

They did respond to me once, and asked me (again) after I'd already explained all this to them, for a confirmation e-mail from Rapid Satellite. I explained to them (again) very patiently that one does not receive a confirmation e-mail when one does not order on line.

I have not heard from them since this last explanation (Dec. 21st) although I have sent them lots of proof and e-mails asking for a response. Also I regularly write to them on the "contact us" part of their website asking for a response (which they say might take 3 days because they're busy).

The fact that they kept asking for what I told them was imposible to have combined with the complete disregard when I sent them even better proof than they were asking for indicates either dishonesty, stupidity or incompetance to me.

I've already spent much more time (not to mention money) than $250.00 is worth on this, but I refuse to let them continue to do this to others.
