Dish Network Failed to Obey State Law - Dish satellite

I was a tenant when requesting Dish services. They installed the satellite for me, reassuring me that all should be fine with my landlord.

Now my landlord complained. I then realized that state law required that Dish contact my landlord for approval before installing the satellite for me, which they never did! I called them to remove the satellite and get the holes repaired (which would cost about $100-200). But their customer services agent rudely refused! She said they only install the satellite for free, but would charge me for removing it. They also claimed that they had no responsibility of informing my landlord, regardless of the law says!!! Dish is above the law??
