I'd a scheduled appointment to get a washer restoration planned for 6/13 between 1 and 5 PM. At 3 PM Sears named to express they were overbooked and wouldn't have the ability to repair the equipment until Friday 6/16. I talked to customer support. I had been read a ready software and informed they couldn't provide mean earlier visit. I got each day removed from work with nothing. SEARS SUPPORT may be the TOUGHEST! Store elsewhere should you anticipate visits to be stored.
