A week ago I planned a scheduled appointment with Sears restoration solutions for preservation on my machine and dryer. I'd bought a long guarantee with that comes the annual maintenance. I had been requested after I would really like my visit and that I selected between 8-12 noon. Excellent! I will prepare the remainder of my evening.

Imagine my shock and disappointment once the technician calls and informs me he'll be-at my house between 2 and 4 P.M. After I noticed that my visit was between 8 and 12, I had been informed he had additional visits and that I would be last. Conclusion of account. That which was the goal of being requested after I needed anyone to come once the technician comes when he wishes anyhow?

I called the repair-service quantity back as well as their only reaction was - "Might I love to maintain the visit today or reschedule?" My issue back was "Why might I do want to reschedule whenever you did not stick to the very first planned appointment?"

I've employed Sears fix for a long time and that I have notice within the last 5-10 years that point is liquid for them. Once they get there, they get there. This is actually the last straw for me personally. Turning up an half-hour overdue or 45 minutes late is something - sudden material occurs - but an entire evening?

Like others who've published below, I Have purchased from Sears for a long time. Rising up, my mom had only Kenmore appliances. This machine and dryer? They're the final items I'll actually purchase from Sears.
