Washer repairs

July 15 washer broke, Sears was contacted. First of all why does it take 11 days for Sears to get a person to come and even look at an appliance? Unexceptable! When he did get to my home (Aug 26) it took him 10 mins to tell me it was broke and would cost $700.00 to fix. Sears contacted my insurance Co. The very same day my insurance Co. Approved the repairs. Aug 27 Sears called me to set a REPAIR date of Aug 3 again between 8am and 5pm. Aug 3 Sears repair man calls to tell me he will not be here to FIX the washer because he has to order the parts. Why did they not order the parts on the 27th when they set the REPAIR date? Now it will be Aug 19 before the BACKORDERED parts get here. I'm also looking at a 3rd lost work day for me to sit around and wait for a repair man to show up between 8am-5pm. I'm sure if it was the Sales Department they would have been at my door step the next day. I'm so angry now i'm seeing spots.
