Sears is some of those businesses that has the worse customer support.
We purchased a from Sears by having an warranty & paid $100.00 each year for three years. We did not have any issue using the appliance for first 24 months however the 3rd year we began having issue using the device. We named set for fix plus they plan the visit.
The technology person turns up to correct with no components to correct the machine. (the Way The # you-go to client with no fix component) He informs me he's requested the part that'll appear in a few days and he created a scheduled appointment in the future in in a few days to correct the machine.
Component required 14 days to reach so when the component appear i named Sears to verify that component continues to be appeared therefore the specialist may come directly into fix.
The Sears customer support explained anything is planned on friday and also the specialist will be to correct around 1 & 5 pm. The man never turned up, after I named Sears to verify whats happening using the specialist, they explained these were awaiting component appearance acceptance (my butt). I named them on mon & accepted the appearance & nevertheless its not within their program.
I went thru 5 various Sears customer support brokers to repair this problem but everytime these brokers explained to put on and hung-up, one explained she'll move me to boss & she put up aswell.
We paid $100 each year. Named them only one time within the last year and we receive # nothing from their store, the calls # move to India where those individuals don't have any # idea what we're referring to & once they recognize they cannot enable you they hang-up you.
Sears is among the businesses whic has got the worse customer service actually.
Dont ever buy anything from sears
Especially the warranties, cuz you're not lined even though you pay added.

Don't buy warranty from sears, its just waste of cash. You dont get any service from their website.
