I purchased a video camera on Ebay from the seller ProudParents2005. The product was defective. I was told to fill out the warranty card and return the item for a refund in February. It camera was mailed to them with a confirmation signature recieved, which I have.
This matter drug out beyond the Ebay resolution centers 45 day limit.
This seller has an ebay store that sells the cricut line of goods. Through it I found their online website listed above in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
If the possibility of a misunderstanding exists, I would like the opportunity to withdraw this entry. However, I have attempted to email these people more than once with no results. The financial loss was $155 plus return shipping.
