Purchased a Kirby Vacuum from Exquisite-Deals on E-Bay. The item was represented as NEW, we received a defective unit.
The company promised IN WRITING on E-BAY they would reimburse us the cost of return shipping on a defective item, instead of returning item and obtaining a full refund.
They did not refund shipping cost as promised in writing, and refuse to communicate, unable to contact them. We are only talking about $14, it's not the dollar amount, its the principle and BAD business practice.
BUYER BEWARE, do not do business with this E-Bay seller!!! If product defective or not as described, you will be sorry you did business with them, if they decide to communicate with you, they will likely lie or tell you what you want to hear until E-Bay's 60 day rule expires!!
