I am frequent customer of B&H Photo and I have been for years because I'm a professional Photographer and they are my main supplier. On 3/23 I searched the internet site of B&H's used department to see if there was anything that I could use. I came across a Sennheiser EW 100 G2 with the plug on Microphone Transmitter. I called the store and asked them to hold it and then picked it up. I inspected the system, transmitter, receiver, lav mic, and cables, also a point and shoot camera, it was good enough for me, so I went to buy something from the new department. While there I realized I didn't see the plug on transmitter so I went back to the counter and was advised that the picture I saw online was not the item I purchased. I went back and forth with this guy on who was right and in the end they discounted the kit 25 bucks. I paid for items and left to store only to realize I didn't purchase an SD memory card for the camera.
