Valuebuybattery (http://stores. Ebay.com/valuebuybattery) is an ebay seller of batteries and electronics of all sorts. I bought a replacement battery from them for my iPhone. These batteries should normally last for a few years. This one, however, died after just over 3 months (after the 60-day ebay feedback time limit).
I contacted valuebuybattery, and they refused to refund the $5.instead, they want *me* to pay for return shipping for *their* defective product, *and* they want me to send it in with a money order for the $2 return shipping for a replacement product! This is all for a battery that they sold for $5. Obviously, nobody would go through such trouble.
I am filing this complaint so that other ebay buyers know to be wary of the products this seller is selling. This seller *will not* stand behind his products.
