I purchased a video camera on Ebay from the seller ProudParents2005. The product was defective. I was told to return the item for a full refund in April. Thecamera wasmailed to themwith a confirmation signature recieved, which I have as well as the tracking information.
I tried contacting the ebay resolution center but unfortunately they would not help because it wasbeyond the Ebay resolution centers 45 day limit. I also contacted my bank but they refused to see this as a fraud charge because it went through Paypal and seemed like a legit transaction to themwhich I don't fully understand so I am dealing with the bank still on this. I am now contacting Paypal to see if there is anything they can do.
This seller has an ebay store that sells thecrafters and circuitline of goods they no longer sell the camera but they do sell other goods.
I have attempted to email these peopleover and over again with no results. The financial loss was $155 plus return shipping.
